• Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour schedules.
• Except for public holidays, the tour is open every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
• The Sands SkyPark Observation Deck operating hours will be from 10:00 to 22:00 daily from 23 March 2020 onwards.
• Provide an operative local number, such as that of your hotel/apartment's front desk.
• Be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• Allow a 30-minute buffer, as traffic or road conditions may cause delays to hotel pickup and drop-off.
• For any concerns after booking, you may dial our customer service hotline on the e-voucher.
• If you do not see the vehicle or driver at the scheduled pickup time, please immediately call the emergency contact provided or (+65) 6738 2622. In the event that you have failed to be at the hotel lobby during the scheduled pickup time, you will be declared as a no-show.
• Please be informed that your physical admission ticket will be provided on the bus by the driver.
• The voucher cannot be used for direct entry. You will not be allowed to enter should you fail to present your physical ticket at the gate.
• Children two years old and below can join the tour for free, but must share a seat with a parent or guardian.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
