• Golf Add-on rates can only be booked in conjunction with a minimum of one (1) night Hamilton Island accommodation and are subject to availability.
• Tee off date and time will be advised upon confirmation of booking.
• Wildlife Park add on:
• All Wildlife Add-on activities can only be booked in conjunction with a minimum of one (1) night Hamilton Island accommodation and are subject to availability.
• Child rates for Wildlife Park activities apply to guests aged 3-12 years (inclusive) at time of travel.
• A minimum three (3) night stay applies to bookings incorporating 31 Dec 2020.
• Please be aware at the time of booking the correct Guest name, booking date and Room Type must be provided. Any changes can result in the booking being cancelled, cancellation fees applying and / or a loss of the room allotment.

• Cancellation and amendment policies vary by suppliers. Please send request to booking@starhoptour.com for any cancellation or amendment as early as possible. We will process on a best effort basis according to the terms & conditions set by the supplier.
• In General:
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, only administration charges will apply.
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 8-14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, 20% of the transaction amount plus administration charges will apply.
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 7 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
• Separate Cancellation/Amendment policy will be advised upon booking process:
• Chinese National Day Holiday from 28 September 2020 to 7 October 2020 inclusive
• Festive Season from 22 December 2020 to 9 January 2021 inclusive
• Chinese New Year from 6 February to 21 February 2021 inclusive
• A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
