• Fully paid guests will be protected at their booked rate, except for fuel surcharges, government taxes or other surcharges.
• Boarding pass tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost, destroyed or damaged.
• Valid on rocket ferries only.

• Cancellation and amendment policies vary by suppliers. Please send request to booking@starhoptour.com for any cancellation or amendment as early as possible. We will process on a best effort basis according to the terms & conditions set by the supplier.
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 72 hours plus 3 working days of activity/check-in start date, only administration charges will apply; any cancellation or amendment request received within 72 hours plus 3 working days of activity/check-in start date or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
• A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
