Tour inclusion will be booked on 3rd day of stay unless specified, with the 1st day being the day of arrival. Notification will be sent if dates are unavailable or if alternative dates have been booked. It is the guests’ responsibility to go to Hamilton Island Tour Desk to reconfirm or amend these tours. Any unused package inclusions are non-refundable.

Weight restrictions apply: For legal and safety reasons all passengers are weighed prior to boarding – individual weights in excess of 110kg will incur an extra seat surcharge. Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, only administration charges will apply.
Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 8-14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, 20% of the transaction amount plus administration charges will apply.
Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 7 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
