Force Majeure: If a circumstance arises that your booking is cancelled by Tangalooma Island Resort due to but not limited to a force of nature, terrorism or industrial strike (circumstances beyond our control) Tangalooma Island Resort will refund 100% of the payments you have made to Tangalooma Island Resort, less reasonable expenses incurred by Tangalooma Island Resort in respect of your booking. Tangalooma Island Resort will not be held liable for any other expense you have incurred in preparation for your booking. Tangalooma Island Resort will work with you to organise a mutually agreeable future date for your booking.
Dolphin Feeding Conditions: The Dolphin Feeding Program operates to strict guidelines and therefore restrictions on feeding apply. The number of guests able to feed the dolphins will depend on weather, tidal conditions and dolphin attendance.
Insurance Indemnity: Tangalooma Island Resort holds full insurance against fire, storm, flood and all other third party risks including but not limited to liability for damages for personal injury, illness or death of clients.
Please be aware at the time of booking the correct Guest name, booking date and Room Type must be provided. Any changes can result in the booking being cancelled, cancellation fees applying and / or a loss of the room allotment.
