• Weather conditions: The weather on the sea is changing rapidly. We will provide the latest weather conditions before the departure of the day and discuss the details of the trip with you.
• Wind and visibility: If the route is changed due to weather reasons, we will choose the best alternative destination and communicate with guests before departure.
• This activity requires guests to enjoy underwater coral reefs in the sea, hence guests need to familiar swimming.
• Please wear casual or flat shoes or beach shoes.
• Please bring your hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
• Please arrive the meeting point 15 minutes before departure time.
• Customers please arrive the pick-up point by themselves, no refund due to late arrival or no show.
• Minimum age of this activity is 12 years old. Children must complete a diving medical questionnaire before being able to dive with us. All certified divers must produce their certification card or log book at the time of booking.

• Cancellation and amendment policies vary by suppliers. Please send request to booking@starhoptour.com for any cancellation or amendment as early as possible. We will process on a best effort basis according to the terms & conditions set by the supplier.
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 48 hours of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, only administration charges will apply;
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 48 hours of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
• A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
• All bookings are subject to weather conditions, availability and minimum number of people, and suppliers will be carefully evaluated before cancelling the event. The supplier reserves the right to cancel and change all event itinerary. If the booking activity cannot be operated, the supplier will arrange an alternative activity or arrange another date; or arrange a refund.
• We will refund the full amount (after deducting administration charges) or arrange for other dates if the weather or the minimum number of people does not meet the requirements for sailing and non-controllable factors.
