• Wine tasting is only available to adults over 18 years old and above. Children could take a guided tour of the winery for free, but not include wine tasting.
• Children may order food and drink on spot.
• Please inform Customer Services when make a reservation if any Children join the tour.
• Guests should call 48 hours prior to arrival to re-confirm their experience.
• Guests should advise Sirromet Cellar Door staff of their arrival 15 minutes prior to tour departure. Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be considered cancelled unless contacted an hour before organised start time.
• If the group will advance or postpone the arrival time, please inform in advance. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that your booking will continue to be valid.
• Due to Workplace Health & Safety, wheel chairs, prams, and walkers are not permitted on the tour and you must wear closed in shoes. Please advise any dietary requirements at time of booking.
• Sirromet wine is available for purchase through the Sirromet Cellar Door, via Club Sirromet (an Australian based club developed for those who would like access to exclusive member's benefits) and for international guests, via a convenient home delivery service in Japan and China.
• Queensland liquor laws prevent liquor purchase form the cellar door being consumed on the premises, as such wine purchased on premises is for takeaway sales only.
• Tour guides are free of charge on tour and tasting bookings that exclude food. Sirromet offers exquisite staff meals to the guided tour guide/driver. The meal does not include drinks and the price is AUD15.50 per person, which needs to be booked in advance.
• Opening Hours of Cellar Door Bar: Daily - 10am to 5pm. Wine Tastings available till 4:30pm.
• The winery restaurant needs to prepare the freshest, best quality ingredients for you. We need to inform the chef at least 7 days in advance to prepare the ingredients. Restaurant reservations will be unable to amend 5 days before the group arrives.
• The main meal on the day of the meal will not be replaced! In order to ensure the quality of the meal, the travel agency must inform the leader and the guest of the meal in advance.
• Vegetarian meals: All meals are subject to change depending on the season. For actual vegetarian meals, please confirm with winery staff in advance.

• Cancellation and amendment policies vary by suppliers. Please send request to booking@starhoptour.com for any cancellation or amendment as early as possible. We will process on a best effort basis according to the terms & conditions set by the supplier.
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 7 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, only administration charges will apply;
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 7 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
• A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
