• Children aged 4–12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult. If the encounter allows children under 8, these children require a ratio of 1 Adult to 1 Child. Children over 8 require a supervision ratio of 1 Adult to 2 Children (unless otherwise indicated).
• Parents or adult guardians must take responsibility for participating children at all times.

• Booking requests for guided tours are subject to volunteer availability on the day of your visit and cannot be confirmed in advance. On your arrival to Healesville Sanctuary please check in with our friendly Admissions staff who will advise you if a volunteer Tour Guide is available.
