• Weekends, school holidays and public holidays can be a busy time at the Zoo and parking is limited. Please allow sufficient time for parking and entering the Zoo.
• Child age: 4-15 years old. Younger than 4 years old are admitted free. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. If the encounter allows children under 8, these children require a ratio of 1 Adult to 1 Child. Children over 8 require a supervision ratio of 1 Adult to 2 Children (unless otherwise indicated).
• Parents or adult guardians must take responsibility for participating children at all times
• Coach drivers and tour guides admitted free of charge. Ratio 1 FOC :10 paying guests
• All participants must agree to follow the keeper's instructions.

• Cancellation and amendment policies vary by suppliers. Please send request to booking@starhoptour.com for any cancellation or amendment as early as possible. We will process on a best effort basis according to the terms & conditions set by the supplier.
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 30 days plus 3 working days of activity/check-in start date, only administration charges will apply; any cancellation or amendment request received within 30 days plus 3 working days of activity/check-in start date or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
• A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
