Early morning pre-sunrise Brisbane CBD Accommodation transfer.

Commencing 45 minutes before Sunrise (Approx: 4.00 am Summer, 4.45-5.30 am Autumn & Spring, 6.00 am Winter).

Passengers can assist with inflation and deflation of balloon (optional).

Approx. 1 hour balloon flight, in-flight commentary and restaurant breakfast.

After the Hot Air Balloon Flight & breakfast experience, you will be transferred to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary which opens at 9.00 am daily.(Approx 30 minutes).

Depending on the time of the year and the ballooning program finishing time, you will arrive at Lone Pine somewhere between 9.00 am-10.30 am season pending.

Spend between 3-4.5 hours exploring Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.

You can also choose to purchase lunch at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary before heading down the Jetty at Lone Pine by own way for a relaxing cruise back to Brisbane's Southbank precinct. Cruise departs at 2.15 pm.

River Cruise & Tour finishes at Southbank Cultural Center Pontoon at approx 3.30 pm. There is no hotel drop off after cruise.

Make an own way back to Hotel.

• Passenger safety is our first concern & priority. We reserve the right to cancel a flight, if weather conditions are unsuitable to fly on the day. You may choose to reschedule for another day.
• Age requirements: Minimum age of this activity is 6 years old. Children are welcome and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Please wear comfortable layers of outdoor clothing to match the season, a hat and sturdy shoes for the morning dew. No open footwear or high heels are allowed.
• Bring your camera to capture the wonderful experience. Remember to charge your batteries.
• Bring money for purchasing your in flight balloon photos.
• Weight notification: Floating Images will require, for flight manifest purposes all passengers' names and estimated weights (in kilograms). Please advise the booking office if any client is over 90 kilograms, or have any medical issues. As weight is an important factor in a hot air balloon; passengers weighing 115 kg or over may attract a 50% surcharge. Due to safety factors passengers over 130 kg cannot participate in hot air ballooning.
• Due to safety reasons we do not fly pregnant women and children under 6 years old.
• Under no circumstances will Floating Images be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to lost or damaged property, lost profits or savings or damages for disappointment.
• Floating Images may arrange for the hot air ballooning to be performed under a 'code-sharing' arrangement, i.e. it may subcontract another ballooning company to provide you with your flight. In such instances, Floating Images accepts no liability in connection with such services or for any loss, injury, or damage to or in respect of any person or property. Floating Images reserves the right to alter contents of products and location when deemed necessary. Floating Images does however warrant providing services of equal nature and value.

• Cancellation and amendment policies vary by suppliers. Please send request to booking@starhoptour.com for any cancellation or amendment as early as possible. We will process on a best effort basis according to the terms & conditions set by the supplier.
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 15days of activity start date plus 3 working days, only administration charges will apply;
• Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 15days of activity start date plus 3 working days or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
• A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
• If the booking flight has been cancelled by Floating Images due to inclement weather or flight safety conditions, please contact Starhoptour soon as possible to rebook. The booking details will go into "open dated" status in bookings system, and the validity date is automatically extended for 3 months. We do ask that you contact Starhoptour within 90 days to arrange another flight. If the rescheduling of the flight exceeds 90 days, and if there is a price difference since the initial booking date, an adjustment and additional fare payment plus administration charges may be necessary. Rebooking must be done within 12 months of the first cancelled flight date. If rebooking the flight is not possible due to special circumstances, refunds may be considered upon request. There will be no refunds for bookings held on our system for longer than 6 months. Refunds may incur a AUD25.00 administration fee plus an administration charges will be charged.
