Journey to the Heart is an Activity Provider Product operated by Hamilton Island Air. Fly by helicopter to the Heart Island pontoon and take in the breathtaking views of Hardy Reef along the way. Once you have arrived, enjoy a glass bottom boat tour and snorkel around the surrounding lagoons. Each tour can host a maximum of 6 guests, ensuring a truly intimate and uninterrupted experience for all.

Stay for four nights in either qualia's Leeward or Windward Pavilion and enjoy all of qualia's world-class facilities - including the indulgent Spa qualia, your infinity-edge plunge pool (if you stay at the Windward Pavilion), private sundeck, and personalised service, around the clock. qualia is exclusively for guests aged 16 or over.

Leeward Pavilion - Elegantly designed and beautifully furnished, these one-bedroom pavilions have a private sundeck with eucalypts framing stunning tropical garden or water views. Max: 2pax; Room Size: 90m2.

Windward Pavilion - The Windward Pavilions boast a truly spectacular location, and private, infinity-edge plunge pools. Max: 2pax; Room Size: 120m2.

A minimum of 2 passengers applies to packages including tours by aircraft.
qualia is only for ages 16+.
Tour inclusion will be automatically pre-booked on behalf of the guest for one of the stay days, and is subject to availability. Contact our qualia Guest Services team on the details provided for confirmed booking dates and times of inclusions, or to amend booking dates and times of inclusions. Any missed or unused package inclusions are non-refundable.
Please bring your hat, towel, sunscreen, camera, swimmers, flat-soled shoes or thongs (no high-heels), a light jacket or warm clothes for after swimming or if the weather becomes cool.
Tour is subject to weather conditions.
Guests must acknowledge that they are a competent swimmer and are competent in English.
Weight restrictions apply: For legal and safety reasons all passengers are weighed prior to boarding – individual weights in excess of 110kg will incur an extra seat surcharge. Combined body weights per two passengers booking’s in excess of 180 kg’s will incur an extra seat surcharge. Maximum per seat weight is 130 kg’s.
Please be aware at the time of booking the correct Guest name, booking date and Room Type must be provided. Any changes can result in the booking being cancelled, cancellation fees applying and / or a loss of the room allotment.

Change and Cancellation

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by suppliers. Please send request to booking@starhoptour.com for any cancellation or amendment as early as possible. We will process on a best effort basis according to the terms & conditions set by the supplier.
In General:
Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, only administration charges will apply.
Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 8-14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, 20% of the transaction amount plus administration charges will apply.
Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 7 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
Separate Cancellation/Amendment policy will be advised upon booking process:
Chinese National Day Holiday from 28th September to 7th October 2020 inclusive
Chinese New Year Fri 12th Feb 2021 (from Saturday 6th February to Sunday 21st February 2021 inclusive)
A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
